Information about returns, cancellations and replacement guarantees for your custom pet portrait.

Custom-Made Products

All our products are custom-made and created uniquely for you based on the photo you upload. Because every portrait is personally designed and produced, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once we have started working on your artwork.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled within the first 1–2 hours after purchase, before our designers begin creating your artwork. After that, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.

Damage or Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issues, we will remake and resend your portrait free of charge. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and we will fix it immediately.

Incorrect Details or Photo

Please double-check your uploaded photo and order details before completing your purchase. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect photo uploads or details entered by the customer, since the artwork is designed based on the provided materials.

Revisions

If you’re not fully satisfied with the digital artwork preview, you may request free revisions. We want every portrait to be perfect, and we’re happy to make adjustments within reason.
